1)Those who have symptoms of COVID-19 as described by the CDC, such as a frequent cough, fever, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, recent loss of taste or smell, or if they or someone they live with have been diagnosed with COVID-19 are asked to stay home and continue to participate with our online services which will be continuing on Sunday mornings at 10 a.m.

2)We ask those who choose to come sign up for one of the three services from this link: https://forms.gle/L78owpKDXkYUQaMY7

Sunday evening service will offer a Children’s Ministry and Youth Ministry opportunity, both meeting the social distancing regulations.

3)There will be no nursery offered at any service. However, there will be a nursery host*, and a room will be available for nursing mothers, and a room will be available for diaper changes.

4)We ask that families use the restroom before they come to service, and refrain from bringing any non-essential beverages for the service. Drinking fountains will not be available for use at this time. Bathrooms will be available for a one in and one out use only. A restroom attendant* will follow up each visit with cleaning and disinfecting spray. Please wash hands thoroughly after each trip to the restroom.

5)We have been asked to request that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the service time. Please leave one empty stall between you and any parked car as you arrive.

6)We will not be providing masks, but ask you to bring your own masks if you choose to wear one.

7)Ushers* and Greeters* will have the doors open as you arrive until 15 minutes after the beginning of the service. They will help you and those with you find an area to sit in. Each seat has been measured to meet social distancing standards. Once your family or household have found an area to sit, you can feel free to move those seats closer together. All seats have been disinfected with an atomizer** prior to your arrival.

8)We ask that as you talk or greet others that you respect the spacing provided, and talk and greet others from this distance. We realize that this is a difficult and awkward thing to do, but necessary for this short time.

9)Youth and Children’s Services will be provided with similar social distancing standards required. If you feel your child, or young adult is unable to keep these standards please feel free to have them remain with you for the service. Youth and Children will begin service with Praise & Worship in the main sanctuary unless otherwise posted.

10) It will be very helpful for us if you will let us know which service you are planning to attend, and if you can keep that service through the duration of June. We are hoping for new directive by mid June and are praying for a return to one service for July. Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings we will have room in the chapel for overflow, but we will keep the sanctuary limited to 100 people, including the 10 – 15 people serving for that service.

Please sign up as soon as you can to help us plan. https://forms.gle/L78owpKDXkYUQaMY7
